Account and data deletion
To request deletion of your PaintOrDie.io account and associated data, email sunforgegamesstudio@outlook.com with the subject “PaintOrDie.io account deletion”.
What to include
- Your in-game nickname.
- The email address used for email sign-in, or state that you use Google Play Games sign-in.
- A clear statement that you want the account deleted.
What will be deleted
After we verify that the request belongs to the account holder, we will delete or anonymize account details, profile and progress data, inventory, social data, match history associated with the account, and player-created paint data.
What may be retained
Limited purchase, security, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained where necessary to meet legal obligations, protect users, or prevent the same purchase from being redeemed again. These records are not used to continue operating the deleted account.
