This Privacy Policy explains how SunForge Games Studio (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the PaintOrDie.io mobile game (“Game”).
Information we collect
- Account information: email address when email sign-in is used, player nickname, internal account identifiers, and Google Play Games identifiers when Google Play sign-in is used. Passwords are stored only as secure password hashes.
- Game and profile data: progress, balances, inventory, owned and selected items, achievements, friends and party information, match results, and player-created character paint data.
- Purchase information: product identifiers, purchase receipts, signatures, and purchase tokens required to validate Google Play purchases and prevent duplicate redemption. We do not receive or store payment card details.
- Advertising and technical data: Google Mobile Ads may automatically process IP address (which may indicate approximate location), app interactions, diagnostic information, advertising ID, app set ID, and other device or account identifiers.
How we use information
We use information to create and manage accounts, provide multiplayer and social features, save progress and customization, deliver purchases and rewards, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, diagnose problems, provide advertising, and improve the Game.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support the Game, including Google Play Games, Google Play Billing, and Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users, our rights, or the security of the Game.
Data retention and security
Account and game data is retained while an account is active and as needed to operate the Game. Purchase-validation records may be retained to prevent fraud and duplicate redemption. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network transport. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Game is not intended to collect personal information from children contrary to applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us to request its deletion.
Your choices and account deletion
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account and associated personal data. See the account deletion instructions or email sunforgegamesstudio@outlook.com. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction-integrity purposes.
Changes
We may update this policy as the Game or legal requirements change. The latest version and its update date will always be available on this page.
